Want to exchange a product?
- You have up to thirty days to exchange products purchased on our website, but it's important to keep an eye on the rules below, okay?
- We only accept unwashed, unused and odorless products;
- Items that have been altered by the customer cannot be exchanged (examples: hem, cuff adjustment, etc.);
- Check if your piece is intact, with the exchange tag affixed to it;
- If the piece has a defect due to misuse, the exchange cannot be carried out.
- Products after the exchange period will not be accepted;
How do I request a return of a purchase?
After making the request by e-mail contato@meltswim.com.br, we will send you a code to post to the post office, free of charge in the first exchange;
Returned products must be in their original packaging, with intact labels and seals and without signs of use.
Melt will analyze the conditions of the returned product and if it does not meet the rules mentioned above, it will not accept the return;
If there are no signs of use, we will arrange for the refund of the amount paid for it, cancellation of the purchase with your credit card operator or voucher for exchange for another product.
When will I receive a refund for my return?
